What are the delivery times?

France: 7-15 business days | EU: 10-20 business days | International: 15-30 business days. Exact delivery times are indicated on each product page.

What are the delivery fees?

Fees are calculated automatically based on weight, volume, and destination. They are displayed before you confirm your order.

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver to France, the EU, and many international countries. Please check during checkout.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your package in real-time.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

The carrier will leave a delivery notice. Your package will be available at a relay point or post office for 14 days.

My package is damaged, what should I do?

Refuse the package or make written reservations on the delivery note, then contact us immediately with photos.

Yes, all dimensions are precise. Please check the available space carefully before ordering.

Are the products moisture resistant?

We are an online store only. All detailed information and photos are available on our website.
