• All accessories, manuals, and components must be present
• The product must not show any signs of wear or damage

Step 2: We will send you return instructions and the return address

Step 3: Return the product in its original packaging, well protected

Step 4: Keep your proof of shipment until the refund is processed

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Standard return: Return shipping costs are at your expense
• Defective product or error on our part: We will cover the return shipping costs

Tip: We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for valuable products.

5. Refund Period

Once your return is received and verified:

• We will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days
• The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase
• You will receive an email confirming the refund

6. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (bedding, pet care items, etc.)
• Products on final promotion (if specified)

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• We will offer you an exchange or a full refund
• Return shipping costs will be at our expense

8. Order Error

• We will arrange the exchange at no cost to you
