1. Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to the following areas:

  • Metropolitan France
  • European Union
  • International (subject to availability)

2. Delivery Times

  • Metropolitan France: 7 to 15 business days
  • European Union: 10 to 20 business days
  • International: 15 to 30 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the products and are indicated on each product page. These times are approximate and may be extended during peak seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you confirm your cart based on:

  • The weight and volume of your order
  • Your delivery address
  • The chosen delivery method

Free Shipping: Offered for certain orders based on current promotions.

4. Delivery Methods

Depending on your location and the type of product, several options may be available:

  • Standard delivery
  • Express delivery (if available)
  • Pickup point (subject to availability)

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real-time.

6. Receiving Your Order

Important: Check the condition of your package upon receipt. In case of apparent damage, refuse the package or make written reservations on the delivery note and contact us immediately.

7. Pet Products

Our pet accessories (leashes, collars, toys, bedding...) are carefully packed to ensure their integrity upon delivery. For bulky items (baskets, cages, scratching posts...):

  • Delivery to the ground floor of your building or in front of your home
  • Potentially longer delivery times
  • Shipping costs adapted to weight and volume

8. Undelivered Shipment

If you are absent during delivery:

  • A delivery notice will be left
  • The package will be available at a relay point or post office
  • You generally have 14 days to collect your package

10. Taxes and Customs Duties

  • European Union: No additional fees, VAT included
  • Outside EU: Customs duties and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
