1. Delivery Zones
We currently deliver to the following zones:

- European Union
- International (subject to availability)
2. Delivery Times
Metropolitan France: 7 to 15 business days
European Union: 10 to 20 business days
International: 15 to 30 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the products and are indicated on each product page. These times are approximate and may be extended during peak periods.
3. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically when you validate your cart based on:
- The weight and volume of your order
- Your delivery address
- The chosen delivery method

4. Delivery Methods

5. Order Tracking

7. Bulky and Heavy Products
For bulky furniture and storage products:
- Delivery to the ground floor of your building or in front of your home
- Potentially longer delivery times
- Delivery costs adapted to weight and volume
8. Undelivered Shipment
If you are absent during delivery:
- A delivery notice will be left
- The package will be available at a pickup point or post office
- You generally have 14 days to collect your package
